We start with a discovery call to get to know you, your business, and your goals. Once we’ve confirmed the project, you’ll receive your contract, invoice, and be onboarded onto your personal Notion portal. This step ensures everything’s clear and we’re aligned before any design work begins.

You’ll complete a short brand questionnaire so we can understand your audience, values, and creative goals. From there, we develop the strategic foundation — positioning, messaging, and creative direction — that guides everything that follows.

We refine the creative direction through mood-boards and feedback to lock in the visual tone for your brand. This step ensures we’re completely aligned on the look and feel before I start designing.

Here’s where it all comes to life. We create your brand concepts and present them to you for feedback. Once we refine and finalise the chosen direction, we prepare all logo files, brand assets, and your brand guidelines.

We wrap up with a final review call and handover of all files and documentation. You’ll receive ongoing guidance for rollout, plus support for referrals or future projects as your brand continues to grow.
